Digital products are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only; you may not resell, redistribute, or share them. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, digital products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, and paid consultations follow the cancellation/rescheduling policy provided when you book. An online consultation is a standalone paid service and does not, by itself, create a broader design engagement — that requires a separate signed service agreement.

This includes any digital products or online consultations, which are provided based on the information you share with us and do not guarantee a specific outcome.
